A qualified Chartered Accoutnant with more than 20 years of lending experience in Real Estate & Hospitality sector as well as Investment Banking and Stress Asset Management. Held senior position as part of Corporate Finance team for western region at YES Bank, lending in Corporate Real Estate and Hospitality projects. Managed portfolio > INR 5,000 Cr. across multiple large clients. Also, associated with Stressed Asset vertical at the bank recovering INR 600 Cr. through settlement, auction sale under SARFAESI or DRT/NCLT route for the bank. In previous roles, handled equity investments of more than INR 1,500 Cr. in Real Estate across West and Southern region for a VC fund and have been part of several successful exits. Additionally, have worked on several Debt syndication, DM/ JV arrangements for real estate developers / landowners. Worked with organisations like Goldman Sachs, Urban Infra Venture Capital Fund, Jones Lang La Salle and Yes Bank.
